IADP believes that the local people understand their situations well and approach to positive change is people-centred. Our experienced local consultants work with the local people from the known to the unknown to facilitate change, through coaching and mentoring.
Objectives

Facilitate youth exchange programs, from one community to the other or from universities teaching community development in rural areas that require their knowledge;

Create a platform for networking with other professional organizations
