About 10 years ago people started private initiatives to collect money and goods for small-scale projects in the Third World. This has developed so much that we founded the organisation mentioned above in December 1996, which is legally recognised as a charitable institution: your gifts to our foundation are deductible from tax. Since 1998 I, Veroniek Kerssemakers, have lived in Kenya among the Turkanas to realise projects. |
